Quotes and Estimates

Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material selection, and scope changes. We will always communicate any price changes to you before proceeding with work. Your approval is required before we begin any installation project.

Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any materials already ordered on your behalf.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs and lost business opportunities.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty as detailed in your service agreement. Artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product selection.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or modifications made by parties other than GrassPoint Des Plaines Turf Solutions. Please refer to your service agreement for complete warranty details.

Limitation of Liability
